Good Afternoon Tony,
Have a couple options for you. I’m going to include a map. If you go to ” floridavacationvillage.com ” then to rentals at the top of the page you can look up these units to see what they look like. They are as follows:
Unit 103 – 2 bedroom/ 2 bath (looks like queen size beds)
Unit 119 – 2 bedroom/ 2 bath. (sleeper sofa, 1 queen and 1 full)
Unit 127- 2 bedroom/ 1 bath (1 queen, 1 full)
Unit 128- 2 bedroom/ 1 bath (sleeper sofa, 1 queen and 2 twins)
Unit 129 – 2 bedroom/ 2 bath (sleeper sofa, 1 queen and 1 full)
Unit 132 – 2 bedroom/ 2 bath (sleeper sofa, 2 queen )
Unit 134 – 2 bedroom/ 1 bath ( sleeper sofa, 1 queen and 1 full)
It’s a $250 security deposit for each unit. This needs to be paid in order to hold these units. We do not hold units without a deposit.
Cost for check in on Saturday 9/30/23 and check out on Sunday 10/8/23 is as follows:

* cancellation policy is 90 days before arrival* Pool is open from dawn to dusk all year round.* Our recreation hall is for residents only* We are located in a somewhat rural area. We have a Publix, Walgreens and a couple restaurants. Town is probably about 10 miles from us but there is no public transportation or do we have a shuttle service. Clermont does have great restaurants, a shopping center and a movie theater. * Wifi and cable is available in every unit. * There is also a fully equipped kitchen.
* We do not have disabled facilities. These are privately owned condominiums that residents rent out.

“I currently have them available for that week in September next year….2003. You had said 23 people but needed 13 rooms. Let me see if I can find a couple more but they won’t be near the others. They are as follows:

In answer to your question: According to the hotel, the tax in Florida is 12.5%, for State and local taxes. For regular sales purchases it is 6.5%.
The 12.5 tax on the room is added to the credit card upon arrival but held without billing until checkout time. There is also a $25 security charge by the hotel for any damages etc. and is refunded back to the credit card within 3 to 5 days after checkout, if there are no issues.

I had hoped to be able to go over my findings of #18 with some of the girl’s on sister’s chat today to get their voices on some of the information I received but unfortunately that did not happen so I thought that before Martin put this on the site I could give you all a chance to look it over as time is getting very short and already some of these room’s are going fast and only have a limited amount available already.
On site pool, mini, golf whirlpool, on site washer and dryer.
1 Bedroom villa $130.00 a day Plus tax includes a small kitchen, 1 king size bed, and a pull out couch that can sleep a total of 4.
2 Bedroom villa $150.00 a day Plus tax includes a small kitchen 2 king size beds and a pull out couch that can sleep a total of 6.
3 Bedroom villa $174.00 a day plus tax includes a small kitchen 2 King 1 double and pull out couch that can sleep a total of 8
It is possible that rates could change some depending not being already locked in.
On site pool, whirlpool, mini golf, washer and dryer
No on site Restaurant. Would need to have transport or have it delivered
Nearby recreations: SeaWorld, Kennedy space center, Universal Studios, Medieval Dinner and show. Lots of shopping outlet’s for those into shopping.
No beaches, would need to have transport to them.
If you are interested in this site and want to check anything else out I would advise looking over #18 before Sunday so that you will better idea of which site you would like to have.
